Students enrolled in the Certificate II in Hospitality will complete their Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification through an external Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Paragon Training. This certification is a required unit and one of the 12 units needed to successfully complete their Certificate II in Hospitality.
