Members of the 1st XV Rugby Squad are invited to attend a training camp which will provide an opportunity for the players to bond and to set up plays, patterns and expectations for the upcoming winter season.

The focus will be on ‘safety in contact’, covering tackle technique in multiple and varying situations, attacking and defensive breakdown laws and technique and body position, safe scrummaging technique, MAY DAY procedure, and safe line out lifting and lowering. The majority will involve shields, pads and mats. Skill drills, introduction to shape, patterns and strategy will also be covered.
