Event Description
The Senior Ethics Olympiad is a team-based academic competition where students explore real-world ethical dilemmas through structured discussion rather than debate. Working in small teams, participants analyse case studies, present their reasoning, respond thoughtfully to questions, and engage respectfully with differing viewpoints.
Teams are assessed on the clarity of their thinking, the depth of their ethical reasoning, their ability to consider multiple perspectives, and how collaboratively they communicate. The focus is not on "winning an argument", but demonstrating critical thinking, open-mindedness, and respectful dialogue.
Selected Year 10 students will represent the College in the competition.
