Year 11 Politics and Law students will visit the Law Society of Western Australia to understand the operation of trials in Western Australia. Students will take part in an empty court activity outlining the roles of participants in a trial. Students will then observe a Supreme or District Court trial, as well as a Magistrates Court trial.

Following this, students will visit Parliament House to conduct a tour of parliament. During this tour, students will have the opportunity to meet their local member of parliament. They will also have the opportunity to view question time in parliament.
