Boardies Day is a day to celebrate summer, your beaches, your lifestyle and the volunteer lifesavers that give up their time to protect us all on the beach. The concept of Boardies Day is simple: On Tuesday 2nd of December, all students at Scotch College will wear boardies with the Scotch PE Uniform.

Students are permitted to wear boardies and the rest of your PE Uniform (Scotch Polo and school white sport socks with trainers).

This is an opportunity for the Scotch Community to recognise all the hard work our surf lifesaving volunteers do to keep our beaches safe. 

There will be a bommie competition at lunch in the Senior School, as well as a BBQ stall selling hot dogs and soft drinks also in the Senior School, so please bring some extra money on the day. Service leaders will be excepting EFTPOS.

Students must also bring a gold coin donation to give to your house-service representative during mentor. All proceedings will be going to the SLSWA.
