The Year 4 boys will be competing in a JPSSA Hockey Carnival at Hale School Playing Fields. The boys will compete in a round robin tournament against Hale and Christ Church. We will depart Scotch at 12.20 for a 1.00pm start at Hale School. The Carnival will conclude at 2.30pm. Boys will then be transported back to Scotch College via bus. If you wish to take your son from the venue it is a requirement that you confirm this with your son’s classroom teacher before you leave.

Boys are to be dressed in Summer Sport uniform with tracksuit as an option. Other items that will be needed are:

• Water bottle
• Sunscreen (will also be provided)
• Mouth guard - NO MOUTH GUARD NO PLAY
• Shin pads
• Hockey stick (If your son does not have a hockey stick the school will provide one for him)

Your sons have been working on their hockey in PE lessons in the run up to the carnival and parents are welcome to attend as spectators.
