Event Description
Boardies Day is a day to celebrate summer, your beaches, your lifestyle and the volunteer lifesavers that give up their time to protect us all on the beach. The concept of Boardies Day is simple: On Tuesday 2nd of December, all students at Scotch College will wear boardies instead of their Scotch Summer Uniform shorts.
All other items of the Scotch Summer Uniform will still be required to be worn, including school uniform socks and black shoes. Students are encouraged to wear their brightest boardies in return for a gold coin donation to help save lives on West Aussie beaches.
If everyone contributes a small donation our college will be supporting the vital equipment and training of the volunteers that keep you and your family safe on our West Aussie beaches.
