Scotch College’s Outdoor Education Centre, Moray, is the heart and soul of the College’s Outdoor Learning Programme. At Moray, students are given the opportunity to experience personal achievement, self-fulfilment and develop citizenship in a communal living environment.
The Year 7 Autumn Term Outdoor Learning programme involves an outdoor programme at Moray situated four kilometres south of Dwellingup and set amongst the trees of the Jarrah Forest.
During their time at Moray, students will build on their outdoor skills through participating in a range of activities, including, canoeing, raft building, rock climbing, orienteering, cultural practices, hiking, sustainability, camp cooking and more. A central focus for this programme and throughout Outdoor Learning at Scotch is environmental stewardship.
All students should be at their classroom no later than 8:30am on the day of programme. Buses will depart at 9.00am from the Middle School bus bay on Shenton Rd.
