The Year 4 boys will be competing in a JPSSA Cricket Carnival at Christ Church Grammar Playing Fields. The boys will compete in a round robin tournament against Hale School and Christ Church Grammar. We will depart Scotch at 12.30pm for a 1.00pm start at Christ Church Playing Fields. The Carnival will conclude at 2.30pm. Boys will then be transported back to Scotch College via bus.

Parents are welcome to come and enjoy the carnival and take their son home at the conclusion. If you do wish to take your son from the venue, it is a requirement that you confirm this with your son’s classroom teacher before you leave so all boys are accounted for.

Boys are to be dressed in Summer Sport uniform. Other items that will be needed are:

• Water bottle
• Scotch Junior School Bucket Hat
• All equipment will be provided. Boys may bring their own cricket bat if they choose, however, Scotch will take no responsibility for any lost or damaged equipment.

Your sons have been working hard on their cricket skills during their physical education lessons in the lead up to the carnival and are excited to participate in the upcoming games. Please note, this is a participation carnival and scoring does not occur.
