ABOUT THE WINEMAKER AND GENERAL MANAGER - GUY LYONS (OSC 2001)
Igniting his interest while working at the family vineyard during his school holidays, Guy moved interstate to study a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Oenology) at the University of Adelaide. With a diverse background, and experience in Australia, France and Germany, Guy now works within all aspects of Forest Hill. An advocate of managing the vineyard to produce wines that reflect and respect the site as well as its history.
The continuing mission of the team at Forest Hill is to make individual wines of the highest calibre with distinctive regional character, while being mindful of custodial responsibilities towards the property that holds a rich history dating back to 1964.
Tickets are $40.00 which includes a tasting of wines across varietals, matched with canapes. Wine will be available to order on the night.
